We believe in delivering a professional, personal , punctual and pleasant experience from beginning to end . Therefore we offer free nail consultations and 24 hr or less response turn around time when contacting us. 
We ask for a call or text if running late for your appointment and a 24 hr advance notice if cancelling. Contacting us in a timely manner helps us adjust and or reschedule you accordingly to not to interfere with other clients timing. No call no show , last minute text after start of appointment and or same day cancellation will result in a cancellation fee up to 50% . So please communicate with us in a timely manner.

We understand life happens . If upon leaving the salon you have a nail break or damage please reach out to us immediately as our complimentary repair service has a 72 hour timeframe from the day of service. Nail break/damage does not include polish change .   After the 72 hours please select appropriate services in our booking link.
